COVID-19 Guidelines and Your Health
Safety precautions and cleaning protocols are implemented to follow Massachusetts COVID-19 guidelines to preserve your health and for your safety.
Prior to Your In-Home Treatment:
A pre-screening ahead of your first appointment via FaceTime, WhatsApp or Skype will be scheduled. The 15 min video call will review the treatment table setup (5 x 10-feet cleared space is required), discuss your main complaints and answer any questions you may have.
Please be prepared to answer these questions during the pre-screening call:
Have you or anyone in your home experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days?
Has a health care professional asked you to self-isolate in the last 14 days?
Have you been in contact with someone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days?
Have you cared for someone who has tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
Have you or anyone in your home tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
During Your In-Home Treatment:
A mask covering your nose and mouth is required to be worn at all times.
Hand washing before and after treatments will be followed and hand sanitizer will be provided.
Upon arrival, a forehead thermometer temperature check will be performed. The reading must be below 100.4°F in order to continue with the scheduled treatment.
The treatment table and common surface areas will be disinfected between treatments using EPA approved disinfectants.
Provider will use PPE as needed.
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment if:
You experience any symptoms. Please speak with your doctor immediately.
You had contact or suspected exposure to someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
You are waiting for COVID-19 test results.
You have recently traveled to any state considered "Restricted" on a list updated by Massachusetts. You must wait 14 days after you have returned to Massachusetts and test negative for COVID-19 prior to scheduling an appointment.
