Safety precautions and cleaning protocols are implemented to follow Massachusetts COVID-19 guidelines to preserve your health and for your safety.

Prior to Your In-Home Treatment:

A pre-screening ahead of your first appointment via FaceTime, WhatsApp or Skype will be scheduled. The 15 min video call will review the treatment table setup (5 x 10-feet cleared space is required), discuss your main complaints and answer any questions you may have.

Please be prepared to answer these questions during the pre-screening call:

  1. Have you or anyone in your home experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days?

  2. Has a health care professional asked you to self-isolate in the last 14 days?

  3. Have you been in contact with someone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days?

  4. Have you cared for someone who has tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 in the last 14 days?

  5. Have you or anyone in your home tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 in the last 14 days?

During Your In-Home Treatment:

  • A mask covering your nose and mouth is required to be worn at all times.

  • Hand washing before and after treatments will be followed and hand sanitizer will be provided.

  • Upon arrival, a forehead thermometer temperature check will be performed. The reading must be below 100.4°F in order to continue with the scheduled treatment.

  • The treatment table and common surface areas will be disinfected between treatments using EPA approved disinfectants.

  • Provider will use PPE as needed.

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment if:
